Ordering / Delivery

JM4Y will acknowledge any order made by you through the Website [by email or such other method as we deem appropriate] but this will not constitute acceptance of your order.

All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by JM4Y who may choose not to accept any order, for any reason, including unavailability of goods. For the avoidance of doubt, no contract will exist between you and JM4Y for the sale by JM4Y to you of any product unless and until JM4Y sends you an e-mail confirming that it has accepted your order and dispatched your product.

All contracts between you and JM4Y will be made in English.

Details of all orders received from you will be kept by JM4Y and will be available on request by you. You may correct and/or amend your order at any time [by contacting us on the details below] up to acceptance by JM4Y.

Images of goods on the Website are not to scale. Unless stated otherwise, all weights and measurements are approximate. All colours displayed on the Website are approximate and are as accurate as electronic processes allow. Prices and specifications of goods are correct at the time of uploading information to the Website. JM4Y reserves the right to update prices and specifications as appropriate without prior notice.

Delivery

Once your order has been accepted, JM4Y will arrange delivery of the goods in accordance with the delivery details provided by you. Please allow between 3 to 5 working days from acceptance of your order for delivery. Please note that we can only deliver to UK addresses.

Orders must be received before 12 midday GMT to be eligible for next-day delivery.

Returns Policy

You may return goods either because:

- they are damaged, defective or incorrect. If this is the case, JM4Y will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to JM4Y. In the event that no fault is found with the goods, JM4Y reserves the right to re-charge you for the goods and all fees and expenses incurred; or

- in accordance with your right under EU law to return them within 7 days of delivery. Where you exercise this right, JM4Y will refund the cost of the goods and the cost of sending the goods to you but not your costs of returning the goods.

You may also return any goods to us for any reason within 30 days of delivery, providing the goods are undamaged and in their original packaging, and provided the goods are returned to us by Royal Mail special delivery requiring a signature on delivery. We will examine all goods returned in this way and reserve the right to charge you for the goods if this condition is not complied with.

JM4Y reserves the right to defer the date of delivery or to cancel your order if it is prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of its business due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either party's workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of goods, provided that, if the event in question continues for a continuous period in excess of 21 days, you will be entitled to give notice in writing to JM4Y to cancel your order.
